What we do
SisBird supplies wholesale A2P SMS, Voice OTP, text-to-speech voice, and international voice termination to telecom operators, CPaaS platforms, SMS aggregators and enterprises running their own messaging infrastructure. We also rent hosted VOS3000 softswitches and provide encrypted router-level connectivity for operators whose transport is the real cause of their call quality problems.
How we work
Three commitments shape everything else.
We label routes honestly. Every destination on our rate sheet carries its route profile, direct or transit, CLI or non-CLI. If we cannot supply a destination at the quality you need, we say so rather than selling you something adjacent and hoping you do not measure it.
We do not sell grey routes. Unauthorised routing is cheaper until the operator closes it, at which point your sender ID is blacklisted, your traffic stops mid-campaign, and the saving is gone several times over. We would rather lose the price comparison.
We publish the numbers. Delivery receipts, ASR, ACD and PDD go into your own reporting so the claims on our rate sheet can be checked against reality by you, whenever you like.
Who we serve
Our customers are technical buyers: platform engineers, NOC managers, and the people who get called when messages stop arriving. They tend to ask specific questions and expect specific answers, which is why this website states routing types and connection methods before it asks anyone for a form submission.
Where we route
Our strongest coverage is in South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with our home market in Bangladesh. Every destination we hold standing capacity on is listed in our route coverage table, with per-product status. Destinations not listed are usually available on request; we open new routes weekly, and we will tell you honestly when a market is not worth entering.
How to start
Send us your destination mix and your monthly volume. You will get a costed route plan with the routing type stated per destination, and a funded test account on the same routes production will use. There is no minimum term, no setup fee, and no charge for the test.
