SisBird terms of service
The SisBird terms of service: the terms on which we supply wholesale routing.
Last updated September 1, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the supply of wholesale routing services by SisBird to business customers. They do not create a consumer relationship and the services are not offered to consumers.
2. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all traffic sent using them. Tell us immediately if you believe credentials have been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Traffic must comply with our acceptable use policy and with the law and regulation of every destination it reaches. We may suspend traffic that puts our interconnects, our other customers or your own sender reputation at risk.
4. Rates and billing
Rates are as stated in your rate sheet and may be revised on notice. Prepaid accounts are billed against balance; postpaid accounts are invoiced on the agreed cycle.
5. Service levels
Service levels, where offered, are stated in your service order. Routing is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and depends in part on third-party operators.
6. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is limited as stated in your service order.
7. Term and termination
Unless your service order says otherwise, services are supplied without minimum term and either party may terminate on notice. Accrued charges remain payable.
8. Governing law
Stated in your service order.
