The SisBird privacy policy: how we collect, use and protect personal data.
Last updated September 1, 2026
Who we are
SisBird provides wholesale telecommunications routing services. This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to this website and from our business customers, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. Name, business email, company, phone or messaging handle, and whatever you choose to tell us about your traffic, submitted through our contact and test-route forms.
- Account data. For customers, the contact and billing details needed to operate and invoice the account.
- Technical data. Server logs and, where enabled, analytics data about how this website is used.
What we do with it
Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry, price your routes and, if you become a customer, operate your account. We do not sell personal data and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without consent.
Traffic data
Routing services necessarily process message and call metadata, destination numbers, timestamps, delivery status. This data is processed to deliver the service, to produce your billing records and to investigate faults, and is retained for the period stated in your contract.
Sharing
Message and call traffic is passed to the operators and interconnect partners necessary to deliver it. We use service providers for hosting, email and analytics, and require appropriate safeguards from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Contact us to exercise them.
