Acceptable use and anti-spam policy
Our acceptable use and anti-spam policy: what we will and will not carry, and why the line matters to your delivery rate as much as to ours.
Last updated September 1, 2026
Why this policy exists
Wholesale routing runs on interconnects that operators can close. Traffic that breaks local rules does not only expose the sender; it degrades the route for every customer on it and can end the interconnect entirely. Enforcing this policy is how we protect your delivery rate, not only our own position.
What we will not carry
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or calling, in any market, regardless of the list source.
- Traffic that misrepresents its sender, including spoofed sender IDs and CLI intended to deceive.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware distribution or any message designed to defraud the recipient.
- Traffic to numbers you have no lawful basis to contact, including scraped and purchased lists.
- Content prohibited in the destination market, including categories that are lawful elsewhere.
- Traffic that deliberately evades operator filtering, including snowshoeing across sender IDs or routes.
What we expect from you
- A lawful basis for contacting every number you send to, and evidence of it on request.
- A working opt-out mechanism where the destination market requires one, honoured promptly.
- Sender ID and template registration completed where the market requires it, before traffic starts.
- Respect for permitted calling and messaging hours in each destination.
- Accurate categorisation of your traffic. Promotional traffic sent as transactional is a compliance breach, not a routing optimisation.
How we enforce it
Traffic is monitored for the patterns that precede a route being closed. Where we see them we will contact you first wherever the situation allows it. Where the risk to an interconnect is immediate we will suspend the traffic and then explain why. Repeated or deliberate breaches end the account.
Reporting abuse
If you have received a message or call you believe was carried by us in breach of this policy, contact us with the sender, the destination number and the timestamp and we will investigate.
